Please check the following:
- Check the date, time and year are correct on the PC.
- Ensure that you have installed the ICCSim tool in the default location. If you have changed the install location then this may cause the problem. Please uninstall the tool and reinstall with the default location.
- Are you running the tool on Windows 7 or Windows 10? if so then you need to either run the tool as Administrator or turn off User Account Control from within Control Panel -> Users.
