The majority of users will activate the tool using a USB key.  But if you are activating your tool via soft license then you need to do the following:

Go to the folder \Documents\ICC Solutions Limited\Licenses\

Create an empty text file called addsoftlicense.txt - ensure you dont have the file name as addsoftlicense.txt.txt as you might have known file extensions hidden.

When you open the tool from the Desktop shortcut icon you will be prompted as below

Click on the Add Soft-Licensed Suite button and you will see the below:

For example your lock-code will be shown like this: *15YT786P6K4N8CZ

You will be required to send us this code through our helpdesk, which you can access by the link below:

https://helpdesk.iccsolutions.com/

Please send the code as a text string and not as a screenshot to ensure accuracy.

We will then reply with the activation code for you to copy and paste into the Activation Code Entry box.

Please copy and paste the code (from '*B' ... to ... 'exclusive') into the activation dialogue box and click activate.
If prompted, click Overwrite.
