I don't have access to the PC I need to move the license from, what can I do?
If you don't have access to the PC you need to move the license from, you will need to raise a HelpDesk ticket and alert our support team regarding this.
They will then forward on a piece of documentation for you to sign, and send back. When this has been done, and received back by our Support team, they will revoke the old license for you.
