If you need to reset or change your password to log in to the ICC Solutions website to download configs or tools/patches, please complete the following:

1. Raise a ticket to the ICC Solutions Helpdesk and ask to reset your website password: 
https://helpdesk.iccsolutions.com/hc/en-us/requests/new 

Ensure that you tell them your Customer ID. 

2. The Helpdesk team will then send you a unique link which will look similar to the below:
https://identities.iccsolutions.com/account...XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX... 

3. You will be re-directed to the ICC Solutions website and prompted to input a new password and retype to confirm as below. Click "RESET" to complete

4. Go back to the ICC Solutions website to log in with your new password.
