On the current installed and activated tool you need to use the "Move license to new PC" feature from the Help menu and follow the on screen instructions.

You will be asked to send support@iccsolutions.com a code. Please send the code as a text string and not as a screenshot to ensure accuracy.  We will then send you a code to enter in the Step 2 dialog box.  Finally you will be asked to send us a final code so we can confirm the removal has been successful.

Once we have confirmed the removal you can install on the new PC and request a license.
